Treka

A Treka Huntress on Mutanda.

Treka Horansi stood on average 2.3 to 2.6 meters. Their fur varied in golden-brown tones and rarely white, but it always bore large, black or brown rosette spots that they were recognized for. Treka Horansi were the foundation caste typically called commoners. While the Gorvans ruled over them, and the Kasa protected them, they were of prime importance to the fief. It was they who grew the food, built the buildings, and tended to the semi-domesticated chattle. They had created their own guilds within the fiefs, and their master-craftsmen could easily become renown across the planet of Mutanda, and perhaps off-world as well. Because of them and their talents, there was something to trade, as well as food to keep the storehouses full.

After the Mutanda Crisis, the Treka Horansi gained a little more freedom after off-worlders introduced droid labour to the survivors. By allowing the droids to tend the fields and aid in looking after the chattel, the Treka found some free time to hone their skills as hunters, droid repairers, and some even began to go off world to find new domesticated animals to bring back to their Nsoki's holding.
